A Medium close- up shot shows the characters position comfortably. A lot of the time we are at a comfortable distance from the character to see an amount of body language as well as focusing on facial emotion/expression. In the frame we can see the tiredness as well as the solemness that is drawn from the emotion reflected by the character. Interestingly the distance that the camera is from character indicates emotional elements the character may hold. emotions that include loneliness or distance , which are then reinforced by her solitary position and the disinterest or discontentment and loneliness expressed by her facial expression.
